1. Booking & Scheduling
All sessions require a retainer (non-refundable) to secure your date.
Remaining balance is due 48–72 hours before your session.
Dates are not reserved without a retainer + signed contract.
Last-minute bookings are not guaranteed.
December bookings close on Dec. 1 (or your preferred date) — no exceptions.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Retainers are non-refundable.
Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling due to illness is allowed — no refunds, but accommodations will be made.
No-call/no-show results in full forfeiture of the session fee.
Photographer may reschedule due to unsafe weather, illness, or emergency.
3. Turnaround Time & Delivery
Standard galleries delivered in 2–3 weeks.
Newborn/lifestyle sessions may take 3–4 weeks.
Rush delivery (if offered) carries an additional fee.
Galleries must be downloaded within 30 days.
After 30 days, galleries may be removed; $25 re-upload fee applies.
4. Image Editing & Retouching
Natural, consistent editing is provided in my style.
Included: skin smoothing, color correction, minor retouching.
Additional edits (extensive retouching, body alterations, object removal) incur per-image fees.
RAW/unedited images are not delivered.
5. Copyright & Usage
Photographer retains copyright for all images.
Clients receive personal use rights: download, print, and share.
Images may be used for portfolio, website, and social media, unless client requests otherwise in writing prior to the session.
Commercial or business use requires a separate licensing agreement.
6. Mini Session Policies
Strict start and end times; late arrivals do not extend the session.
Mini sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Clients are responsible for being on time and prepared.
7. Newborn & In-Home Session Policies
Shooting areas should be tidied before the session.
Photographer does not move large furniture or rearrange spaces.
For safety, newborns must be supervised at all times by a parent.
Sick children or parents must reschedule.
8. Weather, Outdoor & Location Policies
Weather decisions are made 2–4 hours before the session.
Severe weather may require rescheduling at photographer’s discretion.
Permit-required locations are the client’s responsibility unless discussed in advance.
Travel fees apply for locations outside the defined radius.
9. Payment Policies
Retainer due at booking — non-refundable.
Remaining balance due before the session.
Accepted payment: PayPal, Cashapp, etc.
Payment plans available for select sessions.
10. Client Communication
All official communication is through email or text.
Responses will be provided within 24–48 hours.
Professional and respectful behavior is required from both parties.
